From the moment you submit a request — in any language, at any hour — your concierge is already moving. Yacht charters. Private aviation. Impossible reservations. Whatever it is, it is handled.
Membership is not purchased. It is extended. Every application is reviewed personally by our executive team. Founding members lock their rate — forever.
Keys & Caviar is designed as a total environment. A member might arrive at 7 AM for a yoga class, work through the afternoon, take a meeting in the boardroom, and end the evening in the club with people they have known for years.
Curated sushi, caviar, and handrolls developed exclusively for the club. A resident DJ. Live jazz, neo-soul, and R&B. After 11 PM, the late-night dessert ritual begins.
A dedicated yoga and HIIT studio with contracted instructors, scheduled classes, and private session availability.

DRWN is the social and culinary center of the club. Members arrive for lunch, open a laptop in the afternoon, transition into signature cocktails and sushi as the evening deepens, and surrender to the late-night dessert ritual after 11. One room, fully alive from morning to midnight.
Each Private Reserve Vault is a secured, numbered storage space reserved exclusively for bottles purchased at the club. Keys members may reserve a vault as a monthly add-on. Reserve members receive a standard vault included. Caviar members receive a brass-engraved vault, personalized to them.
Held quarterly on Friday evenings. Every current member invites one confirmed prospective guest to an evening of signature cocktails, a live band, an abbreviated sushi menu, and full club access. The room opens. The room does the work.
All memberships are by application and approval by our executive team. The 250-member ceiling is permanent.
Keys & Caviar occupies a purpose-designed two-floor facility in Miami, built to move seamlessly between the energy of morning productivity and the warmth of late-night community. Every space within the building serves the arc of a member's full day.
The first floor is the full club experience. The lounge transforms from co-working environment by day to sushi and spirits destination by evening. The second floor is where serious work happens.
The club opens with a minimum of 30 confirmed Founding Members enrolled before the doors open. Founding Members receive their name on the founding plaque, a rate locked for life, and Founding Member designation in the app and on their membership card.
